  We have tried to keep everything very simple but still give you loads of features on our website.

Below is a brief overview on how to use our website easily:
STEP 1 : Register and Login 
Click on the Events button so you can view the images for the various events.
You need to register, it takes a few seconds but will allow you to add your pictures to a favourites locker, review and order the images, select how you want to get the images and also choose your payment options. So, where you see the folowing button, click on it and fill out the information:



You need to Login, enter your e-mail address and password and click on the |>| button or press enter.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Information button



Once you are logged in your navigation bar will look like this:



You can now:
  • Update your profile (Edit Address, Telephone number or password)
  • Logout when you are finished
  • View your Favourites locker and select the format you want the images
  • Proceed to Checkout and order the images/format from your favourites locker
STEP 2 : Add images to Favourites locker  
Browse the events, selecting the discipline and class till you see the images you want.

You can click on the image to enlarge it.

If you like the image, click on the green cross below the image to add it to the Favourites locker.

STEP 3 : View Favourites locker and choose how you want your images  
Select to image size or type from the drop down box.
Confirm the Quantity and then click the Add button.

Do this for each image you want to order.


If you change your mind, click on the red cross to remove the image.
STEP 4 : Checkout   
Click on the Checkout button to review your order.
You can Remove images by clicking on the Remove button on the left of the image.
You can adjust the quantities by changing the number in the quantity box and clicking the Update Shopping Bag button.

When you are happy click on Check Out, where you will select delivery method.


STEP 5 : Payment Options   
You can choose to pay by Credit Card or EFT.
If you wish to pay through Nedbanks iVeri Secure Payment gateway, please complete the Red box and click Authorise. Once the transaction is confirmed by Nedbank, you will be emailed the confirmation and your images will be processed as requested.

For EFT Payments, please click on the Blue EFT block and click the Pay by EFT button. Please remember that images will be processed only on confirmation of payment into our bank account (details will be emailed to you).
